We are called to support and catalyze women like you who might feel “lonely at the top”; relatively content with what you’ve accomplished thus far, yet restless and longing for something new, more fulfilling, and more alive. Carole and Sonya have both been through these processes and mentored hundreds through this experience. We know from our experience that it’s many times easier to create and Live Your Legacy with the support of the right teachers/coaches and peers. Intro Workshop
3 Days
Jumpstart the vision of your next level contribution and meaningful impact in both your career and life.
Get support from other women with your level of experience.
Illuminate and shift long-held blocks with modules built from Carole and Sonya’s decades of transformational experience.
Hosted in an idyllic coastal farm location with delicious meals to soak it all in.

9 Months
A powerful structure where you will create and fulfill what you’re here to do in this lifetime.
Sonya or Carole will be by your side in 1:1 coaching, working through your unique challenges and celebrating your triumphs with you the whole way.
Deepen your relationships with women aligned intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually through quarterly group workshops and monthly peer coaching.
All workshops will be in nourishing, holistic, supportive, and beautiful settings.
Meet Your Facilitators
Carole and Sonya have partnered together with different teams and leadership programs to provide catalytic and educational coaching and small group programs for years. They blend different lenses, expertise, and education with shared holistic values and a mission to serve leaders to realize their full potential.
Sonya Bibilos is an executive coach, program facilitator, and storytelling-for-business teacher. For over 15 years, Sonya has coached hundreds of leaders in a range of industries, including technology, sales and marketing, real estate, human resources, non-profit foundations, environmental conservancy, medicine, and more. Sonya’s work draws from her unique mix of corporate experience in Silicon Valley, 30 years of training in personal development, and her career in the performing arts.

She brings a depth and breadth of experience and expertise in the evolution and expansion of human potential and consciousness, personal and interpersonal development, awakening self-awareness, leadership development, clear communication, empowerment from oneness, and various modalities of embodiment and wellness.
